SCHS RELEASES THE 366 ISSUE OF AL MANAL E-MAGAZINE

The 366 issue of Al Manal E-Magazine for January 2021, which is part of Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services (SCHS) publications, released.  The publication aims at educating the Arab family, providing it with information, theoretical, and applied knowledge as well as training programs and raising their health awareness.  Her Highness Sheikha Jameela bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Director General of SCHS, is the Editor-in-Chief of Al Manal Magazine.

Ms. Amna Ibrahim Al Zaabi prepared an article on the families of persons with disabilities within a different vision in Al Manal new issue. Rawan Marzouq al-Qathami wrote about dyslexia and the question under discussion, is it an educational challenge or a talent?

Fariza Mahmoud Abdel Hadi confirmed that sport is a healthy lifestyle. On another topic, Sheikha Yousef Al-Awadi introduced us to Cyber Security in light of the technological revolution that the whole world is witnessing.

Mrs. Khadija Ahmed Bamakhramah prepared an article on music therapy. We also read the third part of the article on Factors Affecting Language Development prepared by Ola Mahmoud Mohamed. Maryam Muhammad Al-Tunaiji prepared an article on diabetic foot.

Our journey with the new issue continues. Prepared by Mona Eid Al-Sufyani, we read about the importance of the case study for people with intellectual disabilities. We also read by Khadija Muhammad Al-Thaqafi about the experience of integration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Kholoud Saeed Salem Al-Qarni prepared an article on the use of modern technologies in educating people with disabilities.

The Media Center for Persons with Disabilities introduces us to Mohamed Abdel Wahab as one of the 100 best programming trainers in the world. Microsoft made it easier for players with disabilities to access their favorite games. While in the third part of peer support groups, we look at more advices from the Council of Psychologists and Educational Supervisors in Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services about these groups. Mrs. Sarah Adly Abdel-Malik wrote about the first part of the Montessori curriculum and the founder of this educational method and the classrooms within it.

Al-Manal activities are full as usual. AWLADNA Forum in Egypt honors Falaj Center for Arts. SCHS Celebrates International Day of Persons with Disabilities Under the theme ‘Leadership and participation of persons with disabilities toward an inclusive, accessible, and sustainable post-COVID-19 world'. SCHS Branch in Kallba Organizes the Virtual Forum “Services Provided to Persons with Disabilities at the Level of Government and Private Institutions in Kallba City"
