GULF MEDICAL PROJECTS COMPANY DONATES 200.000 AED TO SCHS

His Excellence Sheikh Majid bin Faisal Al Qasimi, Managing Director of Gulf Medical Projects Company, has confirmed the leadership of Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services (SCHS) in including, advocating, and empowering persons with disabilities.  He believes that SCHS efforts are in line with the best practices worldwide and seeks to stay updated in the humanitarian filed. 

Gulf Medical Projects Company donated 200.000 Dirhams to support the services, which SCHS offers to its students with disabilities in every area of life.

He said, “When we work and practice social responsibility, we follow the lead of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah”.  Sheikh Majid asked society members and institutions to support persons with disabilities, each according to their power and position, and work with great dedication in order to improve their quality of life and education.

H.E Sheikh Majid bin Faisal Al Qasimi pointed out that this donation from the company aims at supporting SCHS mission, which considers social responsibility a priority.  He praised the efforts, which SCHS make in order to raise people’s awareness of disability issues and integrate persons with disabilities into society in a systematic way that preserves their dignity, respect, and rights

He pointed out that SCHS is one of the most important institutes locally and regionally that looks after persons with disabilities.  He is very proud and happy that his company is sponsoring some of the services, which SCHS offers to persons with disabilities in every area of life.

For his part, Mr. Jihad Abdul Qader, Head of SCHS Department of Financial Resources Development and Investment, directed his sincerest thanks to H.E Sheikh Majid bin Faisal Al Qasimi.  He confirmed that this donation, which the company gives to SCHS every year, indicates great understanding for the concept of social responsibility.  Therefore, everyone must follow the noble lead of the company in sponsoring SCHS efforts in educating, training, and empowering persons with disabilities.
